Delivery Rules — Destiny Business Systems Uganda Limited

Delivery Coverage

We deliver across Kampala and major towns in Uganda.
Upcountry deliveries are handled through trusted courier partners.

Delivery Schedule

Standard deliveries: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
No deliveries on public holidays unless pre‑arranged.

Delivery Fees

Kampala central: UGX 10,000 – UGX 20,000.
Upcountry: charged at courier rates.

Heavy Equipment Policy

Items above 30kg (e.g., servers, photocopiers) delivered to building entrance.
Extra handling to offices/floors available at additional cost.

Payment Terms

Payment must be completed before dispatch.
Accepted methods: Cash, Mobile Money, Bank Transfer.

Inspection & Acceptance

Customers should inspect items upon delivery.
Issues must be reported within 24 hours.

Express Delivery

Same‑day delivery within Kampala available at extra fee.
Subject to product availability and order confirmation before 12:00 PM.
