    • Software, consumables (e.g., toner cartridges once opened), and clearance items.

  3. Refunds

    • Approved refunds processed within 5–10 business days via original payment method.

    • Price differences must be settled before exchange.
  2. Servicing & Repairs
    • Warranty repairs are free of charge.
    • Out‑of‑warranty repairs billed separately with quotation.

    • Covers manufacturing defects only.
